The aim and purpose of this project is to provide technical assistance support to the Municipality of Mitrovicë/Mitrovica for the organisation of the tendering of the Mitrovicë/Mitrovica Commercial Centre, the establishment of an over-sight body for the management of the Multi-Purposes Sports Facilities in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica, and the entire start-up process in the operation of the Multi-Purpose Sports Facilities in Mitrovicë/Mitrovica.
