Viktor Krasniqi

Viktor Krasniqi joined Recura as Project Manager in strategic advisory and business development component of the company. Viktor has over 20 years of professional experience in management positions in private sector, ranging from banking, telecom and consulting with primary focus in sales and business development. Before joining Recura, Viktor was contracted as Expert in USAID funded project, EMPOWER Credit Support, program that established Kosovo Credit Guarantee Fund (KCGF). Between 2012-2016 Viktor worked in IPKO Telecommunication initially as Sales Expert and Regional Manager and later as Dealers Business Manager responsible for the business development of dealers’ network and in charge of large team of Regional Dealer Managers, Marketing Officers and dealers’ warehouse. Prior to IPKO during 2006-2011, he worked for ProCredit Bank, initially as Manager in corporate business department and then as Head of Training responsible for professional development of Bank staff members, Young Bankers Program and development of various training programs. Between 1997-2006,Viktor worked as Regional Sales Manager for Kinder Ferrero Distribution (1997-1999), OSCE, then as Project Deputy Director for CIDA (Canadian International Development Agency) funded program Kosovo Educator Development Project (2001-2006 KEDP), program that was responsible of establishing Faculty of Education at University of Prishtina, and later in American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. Viktor is also Sales Trainer.

Viktor holds Master Degree in Management, graduated from ProCredit Eastern European Regional Academy, finished Leadership Institute and various professional trainings.

Viktor is fluent in English, Serbian and Italian language.
