Visar is approved EBRD Senior Consultant and IFC Senior Corporate Governance Consultant and has over 20 years of professional experience in project management in infrastructure development, SME consultancy, strategic consultancy.

His expertise includes Experienced Trainer & Trainer‐of‐Trainers on Corporate Governance of SMEs and Family-Owned Businesses, Private Sector Advisory in Sales and Marketing, Customer Care, Business Ethics, Business Development.

Visar has worked with hundreds of businesses over the years, training them in corporate governance services including tailored frameworks to help them position companies for long-term success, insight into how to execute strategy, develop top talent, and enhance enterprise value, as well as financial resilience, corporate strategy, executive compensation, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to Recura, Visar was CEO and Board member of Primo Telecommunications, a Telekom Slovenia subsidiary in Albania, and before that was Head of Infrastructure for IPKO Telecommunications in Kosovo. Prior to this, Visar worked as a program manager for the European Commission Humanitarian Office in Kosovo.

Visar has had executive and oversight roles in senior positions and boards of directors alongside a dynamic academic background and proven success in the implementation of advisory services in micro, small and medium businesses with specific expertise in Corporate Governance.

Visar is a co-founder of the Society of ICT Companies of Kosovo (STIKK) and a was Board member for two mandates. Visar has also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Kosovo-German Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of the Business Consultants Council of Kosovo, member of the Board of CSR Kosovo and a member of the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.
