Ms. Laura Berisha holds a BA in Psychology while currently she is completing her MA in Clinical Psychology. Before joining RECURA, she has worked for EBRD project KOSEP, with a focus on Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Source. Ms. Berisha has 10 years’ experience in different projects from local and international organization, where she has provided her expertise in different aspects. As part of Local Consulting Company, Ms. Berisha was involved for 2 years as a Project Monitoring and Evaluation expert. By Ministry of Education, Science and Technology (MEST) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Berisha was licensed to perform training in Data Management and Reporting for educational leadership. Her experience is extended in multilateral and bilateral development programs, managing projects funded by the European Commission, UNICEF, Spanish Government, Norwegian Government.

During her 4 years of experience doing different social researches, for UNDP, UNCEF ,The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction – European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs: Kosovo Country Report 2012, which for the first time presented data from Kosovo at the NIDA International Forum and the CPDD Annual Scientific Meeting in USA. Other research publications where Laura was engaged are: KGSC “Audit of Gender Issues in the Education System”2007, KGSC “Monitoring Security in Kosovo from a Gender Perspective” 2006.
