This project was focused on strategic planning conducted using the Objective Oriented Strategic Planning which includes, among others: a logical intervention, an investment project which would assist KTTN to develop an investment strategy and attract external investors, financial analysis, Evaluation of the efficiency of the investment using both dynamic and static parameters, etc.
