Mr. Petrit Tahiri has over 15 years of experience working with different donors in the field of humanitarian assistance, institution building community dialogue and organization. Prior to joining Recura for a decade and a half he worked as Executive Director at the Nansen Dialogue Center in Kosovo and the Nansen Dialogue Network, a project supported by Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a regional focus in organizing grass root level actions and inter-ethnic dialogue, local administration accountability and regional cooperation. He has extensive experience in project management and management of multiple donor projects. Several management responsibilities covering project management, financial planning, daily administration and budget management of projects. Experienced in organizational management and development, strategic planning, and institutional capacity building of Government Institutions and local governmental and non-governmental organizations.
