Nora Efenendija Gola

Ms. Nora Efendija Gola holds an MSc in Agribusiness Management from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen UK and BSc in Agriculture Economy. She is also a Market Syste Development (M4P) Practitioner following with MRM -Monitoring Result Measurement as per DCED standards. Nora has worked over fifteen years in international development and cooperation programmes as key component manager for the extensive program of employment and income with a focus in agribusiness – horticulture as well as capacity building in agribusiness and farm management for various farm enterprises.  Her professionalism was highly appreciated by the government officials, therefore she accepted the offered position of CEO for a Public owned enterprise in waste management, bringing a new environmental protection perspective and a new spirit in successful of corporate governance for over two years. Being active in private sector development, she was constantly engaged by different organizations as a committee member for grants evaluation, mainly for young entrepreneurs, and as a member of boards in enterprise management.

Her current areas of practice include Project Design, Private Sector Development and Rural Development.  Due to her academic background, Nora is very proficient in the field of agribusiness & food management, design of agricultural crop value chains, providing also technical and management advice to agriculture enterprises. Nora currently serves in the position of Agro-Center Manger at RECURA Financials.
