March 30, 2015 marks the opening of Kivo LLC factory for flexible packaging, a joint venture between KIVO Verpakkingen from the Netherlands and VM3 LLC from Kosovo.RECURA assisted VM3 to develop an investment plan which lead to acquiring funding from KIVO Verpakkingen resulting into a €4 million joint investment to establish KIVO L.L.C.
VM3 is a company engaged in printing and design industry in Kosovo. Recura developed an investment plan for VM3 adding flexible packaging to its existing production activities. A year later, the enterprise entered into negotiation with a strategic Dutch partner which brought to fruition a joint venture.
RECURA was engaged to develop an investment planning after thorough implementation of market research and feasibility study to facilitate the decision making, project feasibility and investment worthiness. The consultant assisted the company to develop the investment plan not only for internal use, but also to enter into negotiation with foreign strategic partners.
Our support resulted in facilitating a successful investment for a joint venture between VM3 and strategic investor from the Netherlands, respectively KIVO Verpakkingen, resulting into a €4 million joint investment to establish KIVO L.L.C. in Kosovo, now providing flexible printing services for foreign costumers of fast moving consum
