Laureta Hoxha

Laureta Hoxha is an accomplished and highly organized Business Finance Consultant with ten years of professional work experience in the financial sector. She holds a MSc in Economics for Business Analysis from Staffordshire University in UK, and a BSc in Management and Informatics from the University of Prishtina in Kosovo. She is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Digital Transformation Expert (CDTE). Her areas of expertise encompass different sectors including food processing, FMCG, HoReCa, and manufacturing, among others. Laureta is exceptionally skilled in conducting research and in-depth analysis, financial modelling, business planning, and reporting. She also has strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at various levels within an organization. Laureta’s other professional work experiences include her engagement at the Internal Auditing Department of the Microfinance Institution FINCA in Kosovo, the international NGO “Terre Des Hommes Foundation”, and Riinvest Institute.
