Informational conference on the opportunity for a 15 year lease of the new Shopping Center in Mitrovica

This event was organized on behalf of the Mitrovica Municipality by RECURA Financials the contracting authority, technical advisors to the process under a contract with the EU office in Kosovo.

The Mitrovica Multipurpose Facilities Project (MMFP) is a joint investment of the European Union Office in Kosovo (EUOK) and the Government of Kosovo (GoK) through the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYCS) for the benefit of the Municipality of Mitrovica, as the project Beneficiary.

The event was organized so that potential investors can hear presentation of the Trading Centre, see almost completed Center and ask questions regarding the auction process that will be organized at the later date and about the Centre itself.

Interest for the participation was considerable, since all major players in Kosovo retail business participated. 34 participants were present including representatives from ALBI Group, Jysk and Melodia PX
