Ervina Hakaj holds a BS in Economics and Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RITK). She has completed her final year of studies at RIT’s main campus in Rochester, New York.  At Recura, Ervina holds the position of Junior Consultant where she is engaged in financial modeling and analysis, business planning, market research, and feasibility studies.

Before joining Recura, Ervina worked as a financial representative for Northwestern Mutual, a major insurance and investment firm in New York City. Ervina’s other experiences include an internship in the Central Bank of Kosovo where she was engaged in the Pension Department Supervision and an internship in the American Chamber of Commerce.
