Driton Hapçiu is a Kosovar entrepreneur and is one of the founding and managing partners (Strategic officer) of RECURA sh.a, one of the largest financial advisory services (FAS) companies in Kosovo and Albania. He is also of the founding and managing partners of CACTTUS sh.a, one of the largest ICT companies in Kosovo and Albania. He serves as the managing director of the 4C group holding (holding of 4 CACTTUS spin-offs) and HARRISIA LLC – Software Testing services provider. Mr. Hapçiu studied in the Electro Technical Faculty in the University of Prishtina (1987-1992). His previous work experiences include founding of IN Design (‘92-‘99), working for KOHA group (‘94-’97), RTV 21(’97-’99), UN World Food Programme (’99), Swiss Development Agency for Cooperation (’99-2000), IPKO Institute (co-founder – 2000-‘03), KTTN (’03-’06) Kosovo Terrestrial Telecommunications Network).

Being active in ICT industry in Kosovo since 1991, he is also one of the co-founders of the ICT Association (STIKK) and was its Chairman of Board. He headed the project idea of creating an Innovation Hub, which resulted in founding of the Innovation Center of Kosova (ICK). He is also one of the funding members of the Kosovo Business Angels Network and Member of the Board of Innovation Center of Kosova (ICK) also mentor at EYE Venture and CEED.
