RECURA signed a 4 year framework agreement with the Swiss SDC funded Decentralization and Municipal Support Project (DEMOS) project on providing advisory services on Public Financial Management. This is a framework contract that requires the delivery of advisory services to 17 project partner municipalities in Kosovo in the area of  Public Financial Management, focusing on field related to budget planning and execution, asset management, planning and improving procurement procedures, supporting budgetary transparency, implementing internal and external auditing recommendations, devising financial parts of municipal plans on public spaces, municipal traffic and waste management, and improving collection of own source revenues (property tax).
