Bersant Disha

Mr. Bersant Disha holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Warwick and BSc in Business from the London School of Economics. He is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certified by ICMCI. Bersant has worked for over fifteen years in management and financial consultancy as well as capacity building and training for various clients including international and Kosovan private corporations and companies, the national and local government, non-governmental organizations, international and Kosovan companies.

His current areas of practice include corporate finance advisory services to some of the largest Kosovan and international companies as well as institutional investors operating in Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia; Public finance at the central and local level advising the Ministry of Finance and municipalities. Further, Bersant is very active in the area of business and management consultancy. Due to his academic background, Bersant is very proficient in the field of financial product development and design of financial instruments, having also supported a large number of clients design and negotiate investment terms, including financial instruments and vehicles (debt based, mezzanine and equity based instruments) with various private and institutional investors. Bersant currently serves in the position of Executive Director and Senior Consultant at RECURA Financials.
