Mrs. Agnesa Broqi Spanca holds an executive master’s degree in Auditing, from University of Maastricht, Vrije University of Amsterdam and University of Florida. Moreover, she holds a BA Hons Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Staffordshire University. At Recura, Agnesa is engaged as a consultant in the Strategic Business Advisory Unit, where she will provide her contribution in advising clients from different sectors and industries, towards improving their companies and the overall business environment.

Prior to becoming part of Recura’s team, Agnesa has worked for one of the big four firms- Ernst and Young Certified Auditors Ltd Kosovo. During her experience with Ernst and Young, she was engaged in teams that conducted Legal Auditing of Financial Statements, Audit of Group Reporting Packages, Consolidated Financial Statements as well as Cash Basis Audit. The engagements were diverse, involving banking and insurance sector, retail and services sector, production sector, pension funds and international projects applied in Kosovo.

Nevertheless, Agnesa has an opportunity to understand the functioning of public sector in Kosovo, during her internship at National Audit Office.
