The Advisory Support to Kosovo Municipalities – Public Financial Management project was
implemented from October 2014 to December 2017. This project involved delivering advisory
services in public financial management to 17 municipalities in Kosovo. The services focused on
improving budget planning and execution, asset management, procurement procedures, and
own source revenue collection. The goal was to enhance the financial management capabilities
of the municipalities to ensure efficient and effective use of resources. The project provided
budget planning and execution support, development of financial parts for municipal plans, and
improvement of own source revenue collection systems.
