The overall aim of the project was to enable the business to make optimal decisions in terms of new investments, equipment and space, planned production capacities as compared to the cost of planned equipment. The project also looked at the market prospects of the company, looking at the potential growth, forecasting the company’s financial and operational performance, conducting sensitivity analysis for differing market conditions and emphasizing potential risks and uncertainties.
